Annie Sloan and Valérie Miquel are delighted to announce the organization of a unique event in France:
“An exclusive furniture painting retreat” from May 31 to June 5, 2023.
Carefully chosen, the Monestarié estate, built in the 17th century, will immerse you in its French bourgeois charm, revealing to you the soft tunes of a Tuscan villa that invite relaxation and inspiration.
You develop your personal project of creative painting on furniture surrounded by expert professionals in Chalk Paint ™.
The furniture painting workshops will be led by Valérie Miquel, 25 years of experience, craftsman and organizer of the retreat assisted by Tristan from Doghead Designs.
Annie Sloan will also honor us with her presence from friday to sunday.
Several contemporary international artists, who have introduced Annie Sloan’s techniques into their works, will come and discuss with you.
The Occitan culture will take you to the episcopal city of Albi, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with the largest brick cathedral in the world and birthplace of Henri De Toulouse-Lautrec.
